Q: My Apple Turnover iBook has been plugged in, so why doesn’t the logo light come on when I press the power button?
A: The battery pack on the inside may not charge with high-powered USB-C wall chargers (like the one that would come with your iPad). You may need to try a standard USB wall plug with a USB to USB-C cable. We’ve started supplying these chargers with new iBooks, but in case you lose yours, just try a lower-powered USB plug and cable.
